Naba Chetana is a platform created for the following purposes:
1. For advancement of Muslim youths en masse in General Education, we are not against Religious Education rather it is necessary for disciplining our youths but when the question arises about progress and establishment in life we must look for General Education, education of Science & Technologies in every sphere.
To achieve this goal is the main purpose of this platform.
2. It has been noticed that Muslims in West Bengal indulge themselves in different crimes, political crimes and other illegal activities, we will wholeheartedly try to refrain them from these.
3. It has been noticed that Muslims are being involved in political activities largely and getting involved in political rioting and other illegal activities not knowing the pros & cons of the outcome of their activities. This is causing havoc to our society, lot of Muslims are losing their lives, suffering injuries, getting involved in different cases and their family has been suffering the pain and trouble. We will try to make them understand the outcome of their such activities.
4. We will wholeheartedly try to improve the quality of life of the Muslim youths.
5. We will maintain absolutely neutral attitude & mutual respect for the people of other caste & creed rather we will be more tolerant to the others.
6. We will never indulge in religious bias and communal attitude towards anyone.
7. More precisely, we will not indulge in any ill feelings for anyone in the society.
8. Our motto will be to formulate survival strategies of the people of our community and to gather knowledge for the opportunities available to us in different Projects and Measures taken by Government.
9. To protect ourselves from the external aggression of the communal elements and growing intolerance in the society.
10. To make the people of our community aware of the developments in our Country time to time and to formulate our strategies to overcome the situation through discussions.
11. To keep liasion with all Muslim organisations be it Educational, Non- religious, Social or Religious Organisations.
Our goal will be to reach the Muslim people as much as possible.
If all of us agree, in future we may incorporate the people of weaker section of the Society with us.
Suggestions are requested from our members before finalising our purpose.
Faruque Ahamed Sb, Convenor will please take the trouble to translate these in Bengali.
In the next message we will mention some rules and regulations to run this group. All are open for suggestions.
